Planned within San Jose’s Diridon Station Area Plan, 425 Auzerais Apartments will bring 130 affordable homes to the walkable, transit-rich area. The apartments will offer an essential housing option for families that are under pressure of being priced out of the market. Supported by Section 8 project based vouchers, half of the units will be used to offer permanent supportive housing to address homelessness. The remaining units will be restricted to households earning 50 to 60% of the area median income (AMI).

The project leverages federal, state, county, and local financing partnerships and tools to offer residents cutting-edge amenities, including gardens, a community room, fitness areas, on-site supportive services, a computer learning center, and EV charging stations.
