Mariam Giday

Mariam Giday is a dedicated advocate for equity, inclusion, diversity, and social justice. An immigrant born in Ethiopia and raised in San Jose, Mariam fully embraces her diverse heritage and recognizes the immense value of inclusivity.

It is with this deeply personal and passionate understanding of racial and systemic issues that she chose to pursue her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley majoring in African American Studies with a minor in Race and the Law. As well as her current pursuit of her MBA at Santa Clara University, where she is further fueling her passion for addressing and comprehending systemic inequalities.

In her free time, Mariam indulges in her love for reading, movies, and spending time with her loved ones.
