We’ll break down:

  • What rent stabilization means
  • How RUBS works
  • And what these proposed changes could mean for renters and housing providers

One upside of the COVID-19 public health crisis has been the willingness of cities and states throughout the country to enact eviction moratoria, protecting tenants from eviction while the shelter in place order continues.  But are these protections working, and what’s next for the tenants’ rights movement?

This panel will feature attorneys from the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, tenant organizers, and others to discuss how the moratoria came about and what they mean for the future of tenants’ rights in California.[spacer height=”20px”]
