Please join us on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:30 pm for an ADU Workshop featuring four expert panelists moderated by San Jose City Councilmember Pam Foley. Panelists include:

  1. Neil Collins, SCCAOR
  2. Sarah Shull, City of San Jose ADU Ally
  3. Sonya Singha, Housing Trust Silicon Valley
  4. Vickie Johnson, Maxable Space

Many are unfamiliar with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU). Sometimes they are more commonly known as backyard homes/cottages, granny units, or casitas. On this online seminar, residents will learn why ADUs are a great investment for a whole variety of individuals and families. We will review San Jose’s and California’s positive regulatory reform. And viewers will leave recognizing best practices on how to get started with building their own ADU.
