Our guest for this quarter will be Norm Hayes, Project Executive at Nibbi Brothers General Contractors. Norm joined Nibbi in 2014. He is a very collaborative and effective planner. Norm has completed different types of projects from commercial, airport, seismic retrofits, education, public works, multi-family affordable and market rates projects as a Project Manager prior to becoming a Project Executive. As a project executive, Norm is actively involved from pre-construction through closeout, working with the on-site project team and serving as a consistent point of contact for each of his clients. Norm has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry. Norm has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Santa Clara University and a Masters Degree in Education from Notre Dame De Namur in Belmont, CA. Norm has accreditations in SWPPP, QSP and CESSWI (Stormwater Prevention) and LEED .
