The Housing and Community Development office with the State of California has contracted with the Corporation for Supportive Housing to establish best practice guidance for supportive housing providers and developers in creating an organizational supportive service plan. When creating a supportive service plan, supportive housing providers build a critical foundation that allows for the implementation of quality supportive services that are voluntary, flexible, person-centered, and trauma-informed. This webinar will provide an overview of the Supportive Housing Supportive Services Guidebook and Template. Attendees will gain an understanding of how to leverage the Supportive Services Guidebook and Template to plan for the implementation of quality supportive services, including but not limited to suggested staffing ratios, analyzing community- and population-specific service needs, and establishing and evaluating service outcomes. Attendees will be provided space to ask questions.
