The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) invites you to a community open house to discuss a proposed Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) at VTA’s River Oaks Station site located on North First Street and River Oaks Place.
Getting There
By Light Rail: Take the Blue or Green line to the River Oaks Station.
By Bike: There is bicycle parking next to the Visitors Lot, near the Cafe.
By Car: Park in the Visitors Lot at the south end of the VTA River Oaks Campus; overflow parking available in the Park and Ride lot.
About the Project
The River Oaks Station TOD project is a mixed-use development proposed at the River Oaks VTA Headquarters. This project aims to transform the current site into a vibrant and sustainable mixed-income community with transit access, a range of rental housing opportunities, and amenities.
