The Community Plan to End Homelessness is our community’s road map to prevent and end homelessness in Santa Clara County. The next iteration of the Community Plan has been drafted, and the developer community is a critical partner in this effort. We are inviting developers to learn about the plan and weigh in on the draft strategies. We look forward to hearing your input and weaving it into the final Community Plan to End Homelessness that will be implemented in Summer of 2026.
