Join Affirmed Housing, VTA, and the Santa Clara County Office of Supportive Housing (OSH) for a groundbreaking celebration for the Berryessa Station Transit-Oriented Development (TOD). This project, which secured over $11,000,000 in voter-approved 2016 Measure A Affordable Housing Bond funds, is the first to break ground from a partnership between VTA and OSH to provide deeply affordable and supportive housing at transit stations throughout the county. Affirmed’s project will bring 195 units, including 49 supportive housing units, to the Berryessa BART station, creating a more accessible, inclusive, and vibrant San José.
