South Bay CLT is hosting an open house at its Reed Street fourplex. We are inviting our immediate neighbors on Reed Street, as well as the broader Santa Clara County community interested in learning how South Bay CLT’s innovative housing model works on the ground. Tour our recently rehabbed apartments, meet the tenants who live there, and join us all at noon for a light lunch, discussion, and live music.
