Last month, the Santa Clara County Superior Court issued a ruling against the denial of the proposed North 40 development directing the Town to reconsider the proposed development. The next round of deliberations will begin with a special meeting of the Town Council on Monday, July 24th. The agenda for the hearing is posted on the Town’s website.
