Already zoned for residential, Charities Housing is planning to build a mix of studios to 3 bedroom apartments as part of this 100% affordable project in the Alum Rock Urban Village area. The project will make 57 homes available to Extremely Low Income families, families in need of Rapid Rehousing, and the remainder available to families with a household income of 55% of the area median income (AMI). The project will also include 3,155 SF of office. The project meets been submitted for SB 35 expedited review processing.

This development will assist the City in reaching its target of 25% affordability across the Urban Village Plan Area. Join SV@Home in supporting this important development that will house some of our most vulnerable families in San Jose!
