2330 Monroe is a mixed-income, mixed-ability housing development proposed by Freebird Development. The proposal was selected by the City of Santa Clara after a Request for Proposal process in which the city asked for proposals for affordable housing uses for the parcel.
It’s next community meeting is coming up on July 30th at 6pm. The meeting will be held at the City Hall Cafeteria at 1500 Warburton Avenue, Santa Clara. The meeting will include a recap of prior meetings, revisions to the design, and an update on the project schedule.
