Abode Services would like to hear from you about your vision of quality affordable housing for low-income residents in the County of Santa Clara and the City of San Jose for the new Parkmoor (Hub) development. The County of Santa Clara selected Abode Services (along with our development entity Allied housing) through a Request for Proposals process in May of 2021 to develop a new HUB youth service center and permanent supportive housing development at 1510-1540 Parkmoor Avenue “Parkmoor (Hub)” in San Jose.
The project will include housing units on the upper floors directly above “The HUB”. The Hub is a community center operated by the County, and it is dedicated to supporting current and former foster youth, ages 15-24, by providing a safe, welcoming center with a variety of services by their peers and other caring community members.
