The 330 Distel Circle Affordable Housing development, is the first 100% affordable community in Los Altos! We are pleased with the positive interest the community has shown so far and would like to keep that momentum going into the new year.
EAH Housing submitted conceptual plans and requested a Joint Study Session with the Los Altos Planning Commission and City Council to review the proposed development. The plans submitted incorporate feedback received during the Community Forums over the past several months.
