Leadership from California’s Housing Agencies, including the State Department of Housing and Community Development, The Tax Credit Allocation Committee, the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee, and the California Housing Finance Agency will all present their own plans and programs for 2021.

To complete the conference, key legislative staff and our partner housing advocates will present their plans and dreams for a new legislative session beginning in January 2021. CAL-ALHFA will address these and many other issues in a jam-packed three hour session from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. So get your cup of coffee, find a comfortable place to login and join our virtual zoom conference… we look forward to “seeing” you there!

CAL-ALHFA was established in 1989 to represent local housing professionals and agencies in the California State legislature and State housing programs. We also work on housing issues at the federal level.
