The City of Milpitas recognizes the month of May as Affordable Housing & Building Safety Month. The City is proud to partner with SV @Home to present this event during SV@Home’s Affordable Housing Month.
Project Sentinel will join the City of Milpitas Housing staff to discuss more deeply how the Santa Clara County eviction moratorium can have an impact on local landlords. Additionally, Project Sentinel will discuss specific actions landlords can and can’t take during this period.
