The City is in the process of updating development and design standards in the Zoning Ordinance to clarify expectations for multifamily project design and to meet requirements under State law. As part of the process, the City of Palo Alto is holding community meetings to discuss the process and standards to collect community input prior to crafting recommendations for Council consideration in April 2022.
Objective standards will affect multi-family and mixed use projects in Palo Alto moving forward; this is our chance to weigh-in, so we urge everyone working in Palo Alto on housing to join the discussion!
