The May Milpitas Community Breakfast will include a presentation related to Affordable Housing and Building Safety Month. City of Milpitas Housing Authority Administrator, Robert Musallam, will provide a brief overview of the City’s Below Market Rate Housing program and how residents can apply. Building Official Bill Tott will do a presentation on basic permit questions and issues. Sponsored by the Sunnyhills Neighborhood Association and the Sunnyhills United Methodist Church, the free breakfast will take place at 8:00 AM. in Jones Hall at the Sunnyhills United Methodist Church, 355 Dixon Road in Milpitas. Donations appreciated. All are welcome!
