Join us virtually Friday, April 26 at noon to learn more about how we are changing our local systems to help people stay housed and stem the tide on homelessness. Along with our partners, we’ll delve into the impact of our local prevention model, how it is contributing to a growing body of evidence-based research and the expansion planned for the future.
Over the last seven years, the Santa Clara County Homelessness Prevention System has supported thousands of households at imminent risk of homelessness through a network of community-based partners providing financial assistance, legal support and services to help families maintain their housing.
With a record-breaking 22.5 million U.S. households rent-burdened and the rate of people pushed into homelessness trending up, the need to scale prevention strategies is more urgent than ever.
