Join Destination: Home for an engaging community conversation at the Alum Rock Library during Affordable Housing Month.

This event will build a shared understanding of affordable and supportive housing: what they are, how they work, and why they are critical to addressing homelessness in our community. Together, we’ll explore common misconceptions, walk through how the local efforts are helping people keep stable housing and move from homelessness to stability.

The conversation will feature a panel that includes subject matter experts grounding the discussion in real life experiences and drawing from the latest data sources.

All are welcome to join this informative and welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and connect with others working toward stronger, more stable communities.

[Stay connected with Destination: Home by joining us for additional community conversations on May 19 and May 20, each offering a chance to learn more, ask questions, and be part of a more informed and community-centered approach to solving homelessness.]

This event is a part of Affordable Housing Month 2026.
