Join SV@Home and Project Sentinel for an informational session about the California’s eviction moratorium and relevant local laws.
SV@Home is proud to be hosting a webinar and info session with Project Sentinel to cover the details of the of the Eviction Moratorium (AB832) and any new relevant laws that may come up before the end of the month. AB832, also known as the existing iteration of the eviction moratorium, is set to expire March 31. The details about how the laws and the local mitigation efforts will work, and the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants, are somewhat complicated, and it is our hope that this event will be a valuable resource as the law is implemented in Santa Clara County.
This first event will be held in English with a Vietnamese translators and will be followed by a session in Spanish. There will be a detailed overview of the law and resources and will provide time for questions and answers. The event will be recorded and made available for distribution. All are invited.
