SV@Home invites you to the February Silicon Valley Housing Action Coalition (HAC) monthly brownbag event, featuring a discussion on the San Jose Diridon Station Area Plan (DSAP) and housing opportunities.
SV@Home and other advocates are joining together to push for more housing capacity in the Diridon Station Area Plan. Housing near transit is a key way to address our housing, transportation, and climate challenges all at the same time. Stay tuned for an announcement of our special guests!
You can RSVP on the Eventbrite page.
The HAC is a monthly, informal brownbag discussion convening Housers to engage on hot housing topics. Every month, we select a topic or current event, bring in an expert to give a brief presentation, and then open up the discussion to ask questions, float new ideas, and identify potential areas for shared action. We want your feedback and will be looking to participants to recommend future topics you want to see addressed.
Our goal is to create a space where Housers, community leaders, and newcomers alike can chat with their peers over lunch in a relaxed environment and convert your energy and expertise into advocacy opportunities! All are welcome.
So join SV@Home and fellow Housers for an engaging discussion that you can put immediately into advocacy action!
