The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is pleased to announce the Application for the 2023 Multifamily Finance Super NOFA (MFSN).

- Joe Serna Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant Program
- Veterans Housing and Homelessness Prevention Program
This funding provides loans and grants to individuals, public agencies, or private entities (including for-profit, limited profit, or nonprofit), for the development of multifamily rental housing including, but not limited to, permanent housing with supportive services (supportive housing) and new construction or rehabilitation of multifamily rental housing.

Applications are due July 12, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. Register to attend a NOFA workshop or webinar.
