Community development organizations are critical drivers to improving the quality of life in underserved communities. This webinar will present new research on the financial health of these groups, reflect on the systems that support their work, and offer insights for the community economic development sector. Join us to:

  • Explore the findings from Grounding Values in Research, a project by the Community Opportunity Alliance, that examined the financial health of nearly 6,000 local community development organizations across the nation; and
  • Discuss the key trends, challenges, and opportunities for community development organizations, including capacity-building initiatives, organizational sustainability, and policy implications for the sector on the whole.

We encourage practitioners, advocates, and funders to take part in this webinar. Please email your questions for the panel before February 10th to knowledge@lisc.org, and we will answer them during the webinar.Speakers:
