The Mountain View City Council is nearing a decision on the North Bayshore Precise Plan, which, as currently proposed, includes a goal of 9,850 new homes and a minimum of 20% affordable housing units in the plan area.
SV@Home and community partners are supporting a master planning process for North Bayshore that would plan for 9,850 new housing units at full build out.
