The Mountain View City Council is scheduled to hold a study session on the Terra Bella Visioning and Guiding Principles plan on Tuesday, November 13th. Terra Bella represents a significant opportunity for new housing in Mountain View. The exact time is uncertain, but study sessions typically take place before the main council meeting begins at 6:30pm.
