This event will be an opportunity to celebrate you and our affordable housing movement and industry and to connect with the NPH member community. If you’re an NPH member, we especially need your presence to cast your vote for the new NPH Board members (more details to come) who will guide our strategic work ahead.
This intimate event will be a space for us to socialize with each other, celebrate our victories of the past year, and hear about strategy, policy, and program updates for 2023.

Your registration/attendance confirms your consent to our COVID Policy.
To protect our community, all participants are required to:
– Provide proof of vaccination prior to attending the event (Note: If you have not been vaccinated and wish to do so in order to attend our Member Party, please make sure your second dose is administered at least 2 weeks prior to December 7, 2022 or by November 23, 2022. All second-dose vaccines administered prior to November 23 are in the clear.),
– Wear a KN95, KF94, or N95 mask while not actively eating or drinking, and
– Stay at home if they test positive for COVID-19, have COVID-like symptoms, or have recently been exposed.
Non-Compliance: Attendees who are unable or unwilling to comply with this policy are asked not to participate or will be removed from the event. No exceptions. No waivers.
