San Jose’s 59 mobilehome parks have become one of the last affordable housing options for over 35,000 residents in one of the most expensive markets in the nation. The San Jose City Council is revisiting the proposed Mobilehome Park Closure Ordinance, as the moratorium on park closures expires this month.
