On April 24th, the Sunnyvale City Council will be holding a study session on the Preliminary Development Standards and Design Guidelines for the El Camino Real Corridor Specific Plan. City staff will provide an update on land use options to consider, guidelines for new development, types of uses, and zoning options for Sunnyvale’s ECR Corridor to the City Council for early feedback. This is an opportunity to weigh in on the diversity of housing types in the Plan Area.
