The City of Sunnyvale is currently reviewing its regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Over the next few months, the City will consider possible changes to Sunnyvale’s ADU regulations that might allow more homeowners to add an ADU to their property.
The Planning Commission will hold a study session to discuss possible changes to the City’s ADU regulations on July 10, 2017.
