Interim housing programs—temporary living accommodations paired with supportive services—have expanded significantly in recent years to meet the urgent needs of people who sleep in tents, in vehicles, or outside each night. This growth has included new approaches for quickly creating safe, dignified living spaces at scale, but it has also highlighted challenging policy questions about how to balance resources for both interim and permanent housing.

The Terner Center and All Home have been conducting a study of interim housing in the Bay Area, in collaboration with program operators and advisors with lived expertise of homelessness. This webinar will present findings from that research and feature an expert panel discussion of key priorities.
