VTA has partnered with East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) to build affordable housing at the site.
VTA invites you to a community open house about the proposed TOD at the Great Mall Station Park & Ride lot. This meeting will provide an opportunity to meet the developer (EBALDC) and their design team (Mithun, BKF Engineers, Rhoades Planning Group). This is a family-friendly event with refreshments and activities for children! There will also be interpreters in Vietnamese, Chinese, and Spanish.
