We are excited to celebrate the Grand Opening of Mitchell Park Place, a mixed-use development with office space for AbilityPath as well as 50 new affordable homes, including 25 for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The abundant resources in the area surrounding the project site make it an ideal location for housing for members of the IDD community and will enable residents to lead independent lives. Nearby amenities include Mitchell Park Community Center and Library, Magical Bridge Playground, and cafes, grocery stores, and retail.
