This October, help shape the next 10 years of housing justice in Santa Clara County.
SV@Home is marking a decade of advancing affordable housing with our first-ever Common Ground Housing Summit, a members-only gathering that’s about deciding what’s next.
This is your seat at the table. You’ll be in the room with local leaders, organizers, advocates, and neighbors who are building housing power across the county, and you’ll help set the agenda on topics in our Special Sessions.
We know the fight for affordable housing isn’t won by any one organization. It’s won by a coalition. Join us as an SV@Home member and be part of the conversation that shapes the next decade, not as a spectator, but as a co-author.

Special Sessions
Special Sessions are where we convene for a shared purpose. It’s where the work will happen. Guided by people working directly on each topic, we want you to bring what you know, share what you’re seeing, and leave with a plan and the people to carry it forward. This is where we meet common ground. This is how we fuel the next decade of work together.
