Blossom Hill Affordable Senior Apartments – Community Meeting

A proposed 100% affordable senior apartment development in south San Jose needs your support to get approved!

The proposed Blossom Hill Senior Affordable Apartments will provide 147 affordable homes  for seniors. Resident incomes must fall in the Extremely Low-Income (ELI) or Very Low-Income (VLI) category*. The development also includes supportive housing for 49 seniors who have formerly experienced homelessness. The development will incorporate supportive services to enable older adults to maintain independence.

SV@Home has endorsed the Blossom Hill Senior Affordable Apartments and will be advocating for their approval. Join us at the community meeting on August 19th at 6:30pm to show your support for affordable housing for our seniors!

*A one-person ELI household earns no more than $25,080 a year, and one-person VLI household earns no more than $41,800 a year.
