First-time low- to moderate-income home buyers, real estate professionals, and lenders are invited to attend.

The Housing Division offers several home buyer programs for low- to moderate-income first-time home buyers who live or work in Sunnyvale. This one-hour presentation provides an overview of the City’s Down Payment Assistance Program, Below Market Rate (BMR) Program, and other local home buyer programs.
