Dr. Nadine Burke Harris, as our Annual Luncheon keynote speaker this year!

Dr. Burke Harris a leading expert in trauma-informed care, a critical principle to the future of HIP Housing’s programs.

The Honorable Jackie Speier, former U.S. Representative for California’s 14th congressional district, will be joining HIP Housing’s 2023 Luncheon as our Master of Ceremonies!

Former U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Speier has served the residents of San Mateo County for over 40 years as a County Supervisor, State Assemblywoman, State Senator and member of the U.S. House of Representatives for almost 15 years. She is well-known to the HIP Housing community, having spoken at annual events for decades. Her passion for the unhoused is best recorded by her sleepover at the Maple Street Homeless Shelter to draw attention to the working poor and homeless veterans.
