You are invited to a special edition of Housing Trust Silicon Valley’s Small Homes, Big Impact Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) program workshop! This workshop will be led by Kol Peterson, an ADU expert based in Portland who has helped catalyze the exponential growth of ADUs over the last decade through advocacy, education, consulting and policy work.
Attending this event requires three preliminary steps. After registering you will need to complete and submit a “Homeowners Participation Agreement” to vianey@housingtrustsv.org.
Secondly, please download and complete the homework assignment prior to the workshop–this will help you follow along.
Lastly, if you have not previously completed a survey, please do so here.
You will not be allowed entry unless you have submitted both a signed agreement and completed the survey.
At the workshop you will receive a free copy of Backdoor Revolution: The definitive Guide to ADU Development by Kol Peterson.
You may bring a co-homeowner or an additional adult living in your home as your guest.
Free on-site parking.
There will be light snacks and refreshments.
