At its February 26th meeting, the San Jose City Council is expected to consider a proposal from Mayor Liccardo and Councilmember Davis (D6), to add an additional opportunity each year for the Council to consider amendments to the City’s General Plan for affordable housing developments. Council meetings start at 1:30.
