All Sunnyvale mobile homeowners/residents are eligible to be covered by the new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Park Owners will be providing every homeowner/resident with a written Lease Addendum once the MOU is signed. Any homeowner/resident currently on a long-term lease MUST sign the lease addendum to be covered by the MOU protections during its 20 year term.
