Join ULI SF for Housing the Bay’s annual legislative recap to look at this year’s notable housing legislation, including AB 2011, SB 6, AB 2097 and AB 2334. The panel will cover new laws on streamlining entitlements, increasing density, parking reform, post entitlement processing, equity and low income housing opportunities. This session will also consider how this year’s state budget picture is expected to differ from recent years.

Panelists representing advocacy, public sector, and private development will discuss the future of housing in California at a time when many are reflecting and recalibrating based on market conditions and other shifting trends.
