For Over 40 years, the City has used its land use authority and resources to create over 500 affordable homeownership units through its Below Market Rate (BMR) program and over 1,000 affordable rental units.
Join us for an in-person workshop where you will learn how to navigate the City’s BMR program. This will include how to set up a profile, preference policies and staying informed about affordable rental units and Homeownership opportunities as they become available.
