EAH Housing will host a construction site tour of Distel Circle, a 100% affordable housing community currently under development in Los Altos. Once completed, Distel Circle will be the city’s first affordable housing development, serving recently unhoused populations & families, and is being built using modular construction, an innovative building method that helps accelerate housing production while maintaining high-quality design. The tour will give attendees an inside look at how affordable housing projects move from concept to construction, including the public, nonprofit, and private partnerships required to bring them to life. Participants will also learn how innovative approaches like modular construction can help expand housing opportunities and address the region’s growing housing affordability challenges.
