Women of color who aspire to leadership roles face unique challenges in our industry. Join NPH ELPN’s DEI Round Table discussion to learn from a panel of amazing BIPOC female leaders in the affordable housing industry on the essential skills and strategies to become a leader, and to increase diverse representation in our industry’s leadership roles.
How can organizations seek to support women for important leadership roles within the systemic and cultural barriers? What are they doing right? How are their mentors helping them? What are their companies doing to change historically discriminatory dynamics? In this candid round table discussion, we will have a comprehensive look at the hard facts as well as the soft skills that help women become critical contributors at the most senior levels of their organizations.
