Tobiano, Overo and Palomino at Orchard Ranch is a 41-unit multifamily rental community in the City of Morgan Hill, California. The 41 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are spread across three locations within ¾ of a mile of one another. The garden style property provides permanent housing for low income families at or below 60% AMI and has five ADA-accessible units, as well as two commercial lease spaces. Orchard Ranch is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, the Morgan Hill Community and Cultural Center, and the Morgan Hill Caltrain Station.
