In September, Governor Brown signed a package of 15 state bills intended to address the statewide housing shortage and affordability crisis. Leadership from state legislators, in conjunction with growing public awareness, helped assemble the political will to get this comprehensive set of bills across the finish line. Come hear from some of the key people involved in this important work and learn what still needs to happen in order to increase the affordability of housing across California.
