Older, privately owned apartment buildings with lower rents—often referred to as Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH)—are the largest source of affordable housing in the United States.

This webinar will present findings from new research on the impact of NOAH property sales on residential instability, followed by a discussion with experts on what’s needed to scale up efforts to maintain the affordability of these properties for lower-income renters long-term.
