This year’s event, Together We Rise: Public Health, Transportation & Community Well-Being, will feature two panel conversations bringing together community members, people with lived experience, advocates, and experts. We’ll explore recent budget and policy changes affecting healthcare and essential services, as well as transportation and how access to both impacts the overall well-being of our communities across Santa Clara County.
