The AP published a recent report that, as of August 1st, the US had spent more than $38 Billion on the Iran War with another at least $3 Billion more estimated per month for as long as it keeps going.
For comparison’s sake, here are the costs of some items from the FY2025-26 US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Budget.
Just to note that these are annual costs for the entire country.
